Thus, wellness is more than diet and exercise.<\/span><\/p>\nKathy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Webster Groves University in Saint <\/span>Louis, Missouri. She worked for many years in the hospital setting as a Case Manager. In this role, she helped guide her patients through the hospital continuum of care to discharge.
